Bosco Segawa - Founder & Vision Leader of M-LISADA
Bosco Segawa is the co-founder and team leader of M-LISADA Organization. As a 12-year-old vulnerable child, Bosco was inspired by the transformative power of music. A dream and the vision for M-LISADA were born after witnessing a music performance at Saint Peter’s Nsambya Primary School, while he was roaming the streets. Captivated by the music, Bosco’s heart intuitively told him that music had the power to change his life and the lives of his fellow street children. After several failed attempts, a teacher at Saint Peter’s finally agreed to teach Bosco and his friends brass music.
Bosco is a big beliver in community and in the power of WE. He envisions a safe environment where all children, youth, and women are supported and empowered to reach their potential and thrive. He plays a central role in fundraising, partnerships, and the vision of M-LISADA. You can read more about the story of M-LISADA here.
